Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to and use of the Roothscale platform, provided by Reclevo Infotech. By using the platform you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Data Protection statement.

1. The service

Roothscale is a constituency campaign-operations platform: voter file, booth analysis, grievance servicing, field tools and a decision-support engine. It provides analysis and recommendations; it does not guarantee any electoral outcome.

2. Eligibility & access

Access is granted to authorised users of an engaging campaign. You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

• Use the platform lawfully and in compliance with the Representation of the People Act, ECI rules and the Model Code of Conduct.
• Provide only data you are entitled to provide, and obtain any required consents before entering personal data.
• Do not attempt to breach security, access other tenants’ data, or reverse-engineer the service.
• Do not use the platform for unlawful profiling, intimidation, inducement, or misinformation.

4. Client responsibilities

As Data Fiduciary, the campaign is responsible for the lawfulness, accuracy and consent basis of the data it collects and enters, and for how it acts on recommendations.

5. Intellectual property

The platform, its software and brand are owned by Reclevo Infotech. Data supplied by a campaign remains that campaign’s; we claim no ownership over it.

6. Confidentiality

Each party protects the other’s confidential information and uses it only for the engagement.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The platform is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Reclevo Infotech is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and total liability is limited as set out in the signed agreement. Recommendations are decision support, not a warranty of results.

8. Term & termination

These Terms apply while you use the platform. On termination, data handling follows our Privacy Policy (return or deletion within 90 days of the result unless renewed).

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Goa having jurisdiction.
